Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with policymakers, healthcare providers, administrators, and researchers to expand and implement the ACP programme.
- Drive the development and execution of the national strategy for palliative care, including pilot programmes, service models, and funding policies.
- Strengthen system infrastructure and enablers to support the palliative care ecosystem in achieving its goals.
- Oversee capability and capacity management within the sector to ensure sustainable service delivery.
- Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and sector research to support service planning and development.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote sector growth, capability building, and public outreach.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in service planning and development, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in healthcare or social care.
- Proven experience in policy formulation, strategic planning, sector development, or project management within the public sector.
- Strong written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with practical implementation experience.
- Proficient in data analysis and able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
