Job Description

Brief Summary

This role is pivotal for leading and executing an organisational development strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration, effectiveness, and leadership across all levels. The position is designed to drive sustainable impact and measurable outcomes throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement the organisational development vision and roadmap in alignment with strategic priorities. Collaborate with senior leadership to design and transform organisational structures and culture. Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards for tracking progress and facilitating data-driven decisions. Lead and execute key organisational development programmes and events to enhance leadership, culture, and transformation. Embed change initiatives within daily practices to ensure lasting behavioural and operational improvements. Prepare the organisation for transitions by identifying risks and implementing targeted interventions. Foster leadership alignment and team effectiveness through structured organisational development interventions. Engage with stakeholders to co-develop and support organisational initiatives, ensuring coherence with overarching goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required a Master's or specialised diploma/certification in Organisational Development, Business, or HR is preferred. Minimum of 14 years of experience, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership role focusing on organisational transformation and change management. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multi-tasking capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside exceptional interpersonal abilities. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively across teams with minimal supervision. Proactive mindset with ambition to achieve outcomes and take responsibility for projects. Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a knack for motivating and developing teams to achieve collective goals. Proficient with technology and eager to adapt to new software and relevant programs.
