Job Description

Strategic Partnership Planning

  • Develop and lead partnership marketing strategies that drive visitation, revenue, brand awareness, and demand generation across Resorts World Sentosa.
  • Build and execute a long-term partnership roadmap aligned with business priorities, resort-wide campaigns, attraction launches, entertainment offerings, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that strengthen RWS's market position and deliver measurable commercial and marketing value.
  • Lead for marquee resort wide events

Partnership Development & Management

  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to develop partnership frameworks, sponsorship opportunities, marketing commitments, media value exchanges, and co-investment initiatives.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partner relationships to unlock joint marketing opportunities, audience expansion, and long-term business value.
  • Lead marketing collaboration discussions with partners across travel, hospitality, airlines, financial services, telecommunications, media, lifestyle, retail, entertainment, nightlife, and consumer brands.

Partnership Activation & Demand Generation

  • Drive integrated partnership campaigns that support resort-wide business objectives and marketing priorities.
  • Leverage partner channels, audiences, and ecosystems to expand reach, acquire new customers, and generate incremental demand.
  • Develop innovative collaborations, consumer promotions, and guest experiences that enhance RWS's brand relevance and commercial performance.
  • Lead partnership activations that support RWS's entertainment, lifestyle, nightlife, and experiential offerings, including festivals, live entertainment, and special events.

Performance, Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to measure partnership effectiveness, business impact, and return on investment.
  • Analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, partner value, and market trends to optimise strategies and investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with internal business units to align priorities, maximise partnership value, and ensure successful execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Partnership Marketing team while fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and commercially driven culture.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in partnership marketing, strategic alliances, business development, integrated marketing, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, nightlife, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and securing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial, marketing, brand, and business outcomes.
  • Strong experience in entertainment, nightlife, live events, festivals, lifestyle, or experiential marketing, with a deep understanding of consumer trends, audience behaviours, and partnership ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and influence senior stakeholder relationships, and negotiate complex partnership, sponsorship, and commercial agreements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities, unlock partner value, and translate strategy into business results.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to leverage consumer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to drive decision-making and optimise outcomes.
  • Proven people leader with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills, capable of leading cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
