- Partner clusters, departments and programme teams to assess organisational impacts and design effective organisational solutions for major operational, digital and workplace initiatives.

- Design and drive structured engagement and communication approaches to strengthen alignment and sustained adoption across IPOS.
- Build sustainable in-house OD and change capability through playbooks, toolkits and advisory support. Where required, lead external consultants to strengthen internal capabilities and embed long-term OD practices within IPOS.

- Track record supporting organisation-wide or multi-stakeholder initiatives, preferably within or in partnership with the Singapore public sector.
- Strong understanding of organisation design, operating model implementation and change adoption methodologies.
- Ability to operate independently in a lean environment and engage senior stakeholders across functions to drive alignment and decisions.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in consulting or cross-functional transformation environments will be an advantage.
