Job Description:
- Formulate and implement regional sales and key-account plans to meet revenue and growth objectives across Southeast Asia.
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new customers, product offerings, and market expansion.
- Drive sales negotiations, contract discussions, pricing agreements, and deal closures with key clients or distributors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as medical affairs, regulatory, marketing, and supply chain) to support successful product launches, regulatory compliance, supply continuity, and customer service.
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the regional sales and key-account team coach, mentor, and manage team members.
- Track market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory developments across SEA, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Deliver regular updates to senior management on sales results, market insights, forecasts, and potential risks.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and ethical and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts, distributors, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, pharmaceutical or healthcare
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
