Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Nurse Clinician

Key Responsibilities:

Assistant Director of Nursing

• Support the DON in planning, coordinating, and evaluating nursing services across the facility.

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff while promoting professional development and best practices.

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, infection control, and safety regulations.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, committee work, and performance evaluation processes.

Nurse Clinician

• Lead the care of critically ill patients, including complex interventions and evidence-based monitoring.

• Mentor and supervise junior nurses in clinical practice and adherence to professional standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, execute, and optimize individualized patient care.

• Develop, implement, and review ICU protocols, quality initiatives, and safety standards.

• Facilitate clinical training, competency assessments, and provide education to staff, patients, and families.

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Nursing

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in hospital clinical settings

• Valid SNB registration

• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
