We are looking for an Assistant Director of Engineering to join our team!

As an Assistant Director of Engineering, we rely on you to:

  • Assist the Director of Engineering to oversee maintenance and repair activities for all buildings, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring operational reliability
  • Monitor and maintain all equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Support budget planning and expenditure control for maintenance and engineering projects to optimize resource allocation
  • Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations and internal standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions
  • Coordinate and participate in crisis management and emergency response activities to mitigate risks and ensure swift resolution
  • Develop and deliver training programs related to emergency procedures to enhance team readiness and compliance
  • Apply expertise in Environment Health, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment, and Loss Prevention to uphold workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Degree holder in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experiences in repair and buildling maintenance
  • Experiences in hotel/building experience
  • Demonstrated experience in crisis management and participation in emergency response teams
  • Familiarity with Environment Health, OHSAS standards, and Loss Prevention practices
