Assistant Director, IT Auditor ( Enterprise Applications)

About the role
We are collaborating with a major healthcare institution to recruit an exceptional Assistant Director, IT Audit who will influence strategic decision-making and strengthen enterprise-wide controls.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of IT Audit, you will lead a small team and oversee audit coverage across key enterprise applications, including SAP Ariba, SAP HANA, VIMMS, treasury platforms, payment systems, and grant management solutions. You will drive audits of end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, Payments, HR, and other corporate functions, ensuring robust assessment of application controls and operational risks. The role requires strong audit planning capabilities, the ability to form clear and informed opinions, and the competence to translate technical issues into business-relevant insights. You must be able to communicate and challenge constructively, influence stakeholders across diverse functions, and provide practical, solutions-oriented recommendations. As this is an application-focused position, we are seeking someone who goes beyond infrastructure knowledge and excels in stakeholder management, problem solving, and bridging both business and IT perspectives.

Key Requirements
You should have at least 15 years of IT audit experience with strong exposure to ERP and enterprise applications, along with a proven track record in leading teams and managing senior stakeholders. The candidate must have a deep understanding of business operations, business processes, and application control frameworks, with the ability to bridge both IT and functional perspectives effectively. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field is required, and professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CISM will be advantageous.
