We are looking for Assistant Director, Investment, based in our HQ (Singapore).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

•Responsible for expanding the sites for JustCo in current and new markets

•Undertake end to end real estate business development and investment activities - including financial modelling, feasibility studies, business proposal, due diligence, negotiation, and seeking investment approval for the shortlisted site.

•Maintain a pipeline of deals in the various markets

•Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure deals are secured timely and to ensure performance of each project is aligned with approved returns

•Develop an extensive network of agents, brokers, and contacts with developers/landlords

•Provide investment updates to management and key stakeholders

Prerequisites for the role include:

•5 to 8 years experience in commercial real estate developers or real estate agencies, focusing on business development and investment.

•Hand-on experience in financial modelling, investment underwriting and asset management

•Relevant experience in other Asian real estate markets is a plus

•Able to build strong relationships with local developers and real estate agencies to identify investment opportunities and maintain healthy pipeline of deals.
