Assistant Director, HRto partner with regional operations across Singapore and Asia, driving people strategies that support business growth and workforce excellence. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex and multicultural environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into impactful HR initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition for mid-to-senior roles and support employer branding efforts.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, headcount, and people metrics to guide decision-making.
- Foster employee engagement, positive workplace relations, and a strong employee experience.
- Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
- Guide compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance.
- Review and implement HR policies aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior HR Business Partner exposure in Singapore/Asia.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Hands-on knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and local employment regulations.
- Working understanding of compensation & benefits and HR budgeting.
- Commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, and proven stakeholder management capabilities.
