Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple centres, programmes, and service units across the assigned region.
- Translate organisational priorities into effective regional strategies, driving performance across operations, financial outcomes, service quality, and community impact.
- Identify new opportunities, emerging community needs, market trends, and potential risks to support service growth and organisational development.
- Champion operational improvements, innovation, technology adoption, and service transformation to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, healthcare providers, community organisations, corporate partners, funders, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and develop managers and multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage regional budgets, resources, and financial performance while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term sustainability.
- Oversee strategic projects and programmes, using performance data and insights to evaluate outcomes and drive ongoing improvements.
- Ensure effective governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and collaboration across programmes to deliver better outcomes for the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, Public Health, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field; a relevant Master's Degree would be advantageous.
- Proven senior management experience within social services, healthcare, community services, non-profit organisations, or similar sectors, with experience managing multiple operations or teams.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to lead transformation, influence diverse stakeholders, and balance service excellence with operational and financial sustainability.
