Job Summary:

Supports project teams in design development and documentation. Assists in technical drawings, coordination, and compliance tasks. Focused on learning, with growing responsibility under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing conceptual and schematic designs under guidance.
  • Support the preparation and revision of architectural drawings and documentation.
  • Participate in site visits and surveys to gather design information.
  • Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and external design teams.
  • Assist in compliance checks with relevant guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Support documentation of project changes, including RVOs and historical records.

Key Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of architectural design and statutory requirements.
  • Competence in 3D modeling, sketching, and technical drawing.
  • Accuracy in managing document revisions.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • Awareness of built environment trends, technologies, digital tools, workflows.
  • Awareness of environmental sustainability and green building methods.
