Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to drive learning transformation and capability development within the community leadership sector. This role will spearhead evidence-based adult learning frameworks, digital learning initiatives, and enterprise-wide capability architecture to strengthen leadership development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning excellence frameworks aligned with organisational objectives
• Lead deployment of evidence-based adult learning and pedagogical innovations
• Design outcome measurement frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness
• Drive Ops-Training integration to enhance learning transfer and application
• Develop enterprise-wide capability development strategies and knowledge repositories
• Plan and implement digital learning initiatives and learning technology integration
• Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry stakeholders
• Oversee departmental workplans, budgets, reporting, and management presentations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Educational Psychology or Learning Sciences within the adult learning industry
• Experience in a supervisory or management capacity preferred
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and pedagogical approaches
• Experience in learning technology or knowledge management initiatives will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
