1. Assist to lead the team of Customer Service personnel to process order requests from customers
2. Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction
3. Monitor and forecast increase or decease in container/ cargo / inventory movement
4. Liaise with customers on container / cargo / inventory and other administrative and customer service duties
5. Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers
6. Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately
7. Develop, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
8. Attend to customers requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
9. Perform monthly billing to customers
10. Handle customers billing queries and discuss with customers on preferred billing approach
11. Involve in change management process in relation to streamlining of customer services procedures
12. Take part in planning of major customer events such as annual stock take, audit and supplier management review
13. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1. Recognized degree / diploma in any discipline
2. Preferably 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a logistics industry with at least one year in supervisory capacity
3. Able to lead a team
4. Independent & resourceful
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication skills
