Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our diverse clientele.
Job Description:
- Organize the customer service operation with customers satisfaction being priority to maintain satisfactory relationships with customers and staff.
- Maintain Customer Service standards and procedures.
- Provide customer services support to department store, such as GST Refund Application, Takashimaya Cash Smart Applications, Sale of Gift Vouchers, Bonus Point Redemption, General Services such as Takashimaya App, Public Announcement, Lost & Found, Click & Collect etc.
- Handling Atrium Information Counter operation, attend to main line calls, enquiries, issues and assistance. Escalate customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the customers problems are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Attend to customers enquiries and follow-through with the necessary actions handle customers feedback/ complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Compile customer feedback and suggestions to improve and develop Service Standards.
- Be adept on VIP Concierge duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Levels or higher qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (eg. MS office, emails)
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
