Job Description

Customer Support

  • Assist in handling customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, or procedures.

Complaint Handling

  • Receive and record customer complaints or feedback.

  • Assist in resolving issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the Customer Relation Officer or management when necessary.

Customer Records Management

  • Maintain and update customer information, records, and databases accurately.

  • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents related to customer service activities.

  • Support daily office operations related to customer relations.

Follow-Up and Coordination

  • Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Support initiatives to improve customer service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

General Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Relation Officer or Management from time to time.
