Follow-Up and Coordination
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
Customer Satisfaction
Support initiatives to improve customer service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
General Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Relation Officer or Management from time to time.
