Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and passionate Assistant Chef to support daily kitchen operations and assist the Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in Korean Food culture.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in food preparation for daily operation and cooking according to recipes given by Head Chef.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet customer's expectation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas in accordance with food safety regulations
Support kitchen operations during service hours to ensure smooth operation
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team-oriented, disciplined, and hardworking
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
