Working location: Suntec City
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 44hrs per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chef and kitchen team in food preparation and cooking
- Handle cutting, portioning, mise en place, and basic cooking according to SOP
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Support daily cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks
- Actively learn and improve skills in Chinese cuisine
Requirements:
- Min 1-2yrs experience in chinese cuisine
- Strong interest in Chinese cuisine, willingness to learn and take guidance
- Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and a good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills
