Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks.
- Support in plating and garnishing dishes according to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety procedures and kitchen guidelines.
- Help with stock rotation, storage, and waste management.
- Ensure timely support during busy service hours.
- Take direction from senior chefs and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
