Assistant cook

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Cook to support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking, and maintaining cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, marinating, etc.)

• Help cook and plate dishes according to recipes and instructions

• Prepare basic dishes under supervision

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

• Wash utensils, equipment, and work surfaces

• Ensure proper food storage and labeling

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages

• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries

• Support kitchen team during busy service periods
