1. Assistant cook help the chef and kitchen team prepare food and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
2, Prepare ingredients ( wash, cut vegetables, prepare meat)
3. Assist the chef during cooking
4. Keep the kitchen clean and organized
5. Wash utensils and kitchen equipment.
6. Check food stock and report shortages.
7. Follow food hygiene and safety
8. Basic cooking knowledge
9. Ability to work in a busy kitchen
10. Basic English communication
