Salary Range $2,200 - $2,700

Job Summary:

Do you want to learn how to cook in a Japanese Fine Dining restaurant We are looking for an Assistant Cook for our kitchen team. With little or no experience is fine, you just need to be willing to learn. You will be trained in the fundamentals of Japanese culinary skills while maintaining the high standards of our fine dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of fresh ingredients, including vegetables, seafood, and sauces.
2. Kitchen Support: Support the kitchen team during service by organising ingredients, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the workstation is ready for the chefs.
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organised work station.
4. Stock Management: Help with receiving deliveries, checking the quality of ingredients.
5. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a cohesive team, assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Singaporeans / PRs and Malaysian Work Permit.
• No experience / less than 2 years experience in fine dining restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Able to work over weekends and Public Holidays.
• Self-driven and energetic.
