Job Description:

  • Assist the cook/chef in preparing and cooking Western dishes.

  • Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing sauces.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area at all times.

  • Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients.

  • Assist in plating and food presentation when required.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Help with stock checking and basic kitchen inventory.

  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

  • Perform any other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Western food preparation.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Team player with good attitude.

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
