Job Description:
Assist the cook/chef in preparing and cooking Western dishes.
Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing sauces.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area at all times.
Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients.
Assist in plating and food presentation when required.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Help with stock checking and basic kitchen inventory.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Perform any other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Western food preparation.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Team player with good attitude.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
