Join a leading main contractor on hands-on civil infrastructure projects. This individual contributor role involves managing VOs, EOTs, claims, final accounts, and directly liaising with LTA and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all contract matters with client (LTA) and subcontractors
- Prepare, submit, and manage Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and contractual correspondence
- Track and follow up on variation claims, certifications, and approvals
- Support project teams on contract compliance, cost control, and risk management
- Assist in final account preparation and settlement
- Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation
- Handle subcontractor claims, negotiations, and disputes
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- 510 years of main contractor experience, ideally on civil construction projects
- Hands-on experience in VO, EOT, claims, contract administration, and final accounts
- Experience working on LTA / government infrastructure projects preferred
- Confident in liaising directly with clients and subcontractors
- Able to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks across projects
- Experience with multi-million-dollar projects is highly desirable
