- Support management of all contractual and commercial aspects of projects.
- Review and interpret contract documents, identify risks, and monitor compliance.
- Assist in preparing and negotiating variation, progress, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Maintain a variation control system and support resolution of contract-related issues.
- Provide contractual guidance to project teams and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, clients, and subcontractors to implement contract requirements.
- Support dispute avoidance and risk mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior contract staff in contract administration and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, project procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to smooth project execution by supporting decision-making and communication between stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Project Management/Construction Management Or equivalent discipline
- Preferable 5 years relevant experience in Contract/Commercial Department.
