Job Description

Contract Administration

  • . Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements.
  • . Ensure contracts comply with Singapore laws and regulations. . Maintain proper documentation and contract records. . Monitor contract timelines, deliverables, and obligations.

Commercial & Cost Support

  • Assist in evaluating tender documents and preparing tender submissions.
  • . Support cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • . Monitor variations, claims, and change orders.
  • . Assist in preparing progress claims and payment certifications.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in Singapore. .
  • Experience with standard forms such as: - Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA Conditions of Contract) - Public Sector Standard Condition of Contract (PSSCOC) - Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore (REDAS) Design & Build Conditions - Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks (e.g., GeBIZ)
