Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will include: account opening, deposit, withdrawal, account operations, and fee rate adjustment for high-net-worth clients.- You are required to follow up and track the account transaction status of high-net-worth clients, receive and understand client needs, as well as identify clients potential needs- Work closely and assist superiors in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs- Manage daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management.- Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.- Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience- Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction- Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)
Qualifications
- Passionate about client servicing with situational adaptability (to work with clients of different backgrounds)- Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing- Has excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional communication attitude. - Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure- A strong understanding of equitiesbondsfutures etc. in the region- Fluent in both English and Mandarin as you are required to work closely with our Chinese stakeholders and clients based in China.- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, logical, strong data processing and analysis capabilities, as well as excellent multitasking skills.
