Job Description

  • straight shift

  • 2.30PM-11.30PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation and cooking.
  • Prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and organize the kitchen efficiently.
  • Ensure food is presented to the restaurant's quality and safety standards.
  • Follow chef's instructions for menu items and daily specials.
  • Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Maintain hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
