Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily kitchen operations and support the Head Chef
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations
Support menu preparation and basic menu planning
Requirements:
. Proven experience as a chef in the Food & Beverage industry
. Strong organizational and leadership skills
. Passion for food and customer satisfaction
.Able to follow instructions and maintain consistency
.Open to working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
. Excellent verbal and written communication
