Position : Assistant Chef (F&B - Japanese Cuisine)
Location : Central/Orchard
Working hours : 5 Days 10.30am - 9.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 Basic + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Annual Leave (+ 1 Day Per Year)

Main Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation, cutting, marination, and frying duties
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and workstation cleanliness
Ensure timely preparation during service hours
Learn and uphold the restaurant's recipes and consistency standards
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Passion for cooking and interest in Japanese cuisine
Basic kitchen experience preferred, but training will be provided
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
