Roles & Responsibilities

- To prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc)

- To check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met

- To maintain the clean-up and highest level of sanitation in the kitchen

- To perform all duties assigned by the chefs

- To perform team work
