Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Singapore. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the team in day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing documents, assisting in project tracking, maintaining records, and supporting communication between departments. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the aptitude to work collaboratively in a constructive and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in organizing scheduling, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to assist with internal and external communications.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working effectively in team settings and supporting cross-departmental coordination.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related tools.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or operations-related role is beneficial.
  • Education: A diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the construction or civil engineering industry is an advantage but not required.
