Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Center Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful delivery of educational programs, managing staff, and maintaining a positive environment for both students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
- Manage the center's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and conducive for all activities.
- Responsible for recruiting new students and managing the renewal process for current students.
- Manage class schedules, student enrollment, and track attendance.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring excellent communication regarding program updates, student progress, and center activities.
- Address parent concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Staff Leadership and Development:
- Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources.
- Provide leadership and support to staff,fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, offer professional development opportunities, and address any performance issues.
Marketing and Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and raise awareness of the center's offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, online content, and social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher, preferably in technology, education, or management fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in an educational or enrichment setting. Experience in robotics, programming, or STEM-related fields is highly preferred.
- Candidates without relevant experience but with a Bachelor's degree in a related field can be considered.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for AI education and working with children.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
