Lead Generation & Conversion
Take ownership of enrolment KPIs and lead generation activities to achieve recruitment goals.
Actively engage prospective students through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to effectively promote our courses and offerings.
Guide prospective students through the admissions process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving objections to maximize enrolment conversions.
Regularly follow up with leads to ensure they stay engaged and progress through the admissions pipeline.
Partnership & Liaison Strategy
Lead and implement the school's liaison strategy with international agents, partners, and other institutions.
Develop and execute impactful visit programs, including educational fairs, workshops, and on-campus events to strengthen partnerships.
Represent the school at various educational events and fairs across Asia, cultivating relationships and expanding the school's reach.
Serve as a trusted ambassador for the school, always maintaining professionalism in all external engagements.
Marketing & Events
Plan and coordinate recruitment events, such as information sessions, roadshows, and alumni events, ensuring they meet recruitment targets and create lasting impressions.
Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to develop effective marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
Leverage digital outreach strategies to boost the school's visibility and attract prospective students globally.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with colleges, universities, and international recruitment agents.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient follow-ups.
Work closely with internal teams, including Admissions, Marketing, and Academic departments, to align recruitment strategies and achieve organisational goals.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment agents and partners, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
Sales Strategy & Customer Understanding
Execute robust sales strategies that align with the school's enrolment targets and market trends.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of students motivations, needs, and decision-making processes to drive successful enrolments.
Provide expert advice on programmes to prospective students and their families through counselling sessions, phone calls, and emails.
Stay informed on industry trends and shifts in student recruitment to remain competitive and adapt strategies accordingly.
3-5 years of experience in international student recruitment, business development, or partnership management within the education sector.
Proven success in lead conversion, sales strategy execution, and stakeholder management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships in a diverse, cross-cultural environment.
Highly motivated, with a proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently, including weekends.
