Role Overview

We are a mission-driven Social Enterprise on an exciting growth trajectory, and we are seeking a high-energy,sales-driven individual to join our team. This hybrid role is designed for a proactive professional who excels at both identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.

As an early member of our team, you will be a core contributor helping to lead our agency forward and shape our social impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Consultative Selling: Present our services and products to prospects, effectively converting them into long-term partners.
  • Growth Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs.

2. AccountManagement

  • Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of existing clients to ensure excellence in service.
  • Strategic Growth: Conduct regular check-ins to monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or service expansion.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal project teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational success.

3. Operations & Support

  • Sales Administration: Handle essential backend tasks, including the preparation of professional quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
  • Client Support: Assist in administrative duties to ensure all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Project Logistics: Coordinate logistics and project requirements as needed to maintain high standards of delivery.

Requirements

  • Resilient Mindset: You possess a positive attitude toward business development and enjoy the process of securing new partnerships.
  • Effective Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: You can effectively balance business development activities with administrative and backend responsibilities.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or client-facing role is preferred, though fresh graduates with a strong can-do attitude are welcome to apply.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
