Role Purpose
We are seeking a high-energy, proactive, and creative Assistant Brand Manager to help strengthen brand equity and accelerate growth across an assigned portfolio. This role will play a key part in localizing and executing Global and Regional brand strategies, developing impactful 360° marketing campaigns, and delivering a seamless consumer experience across the entire funnel.
You will leverage strong consumer, customer, and brand understanding to shape an ambitious growth vision, translate insights into actionable strategies, and align cross-functional teams behind shared objectives. Success in this role requires curiosity, resourcefulness, and a collaborative mindset, as well as a genuine passion for contributing positively to team culture and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, media, PR, and offline channels.
- Localize and implement Global and Regional brand strategies, including building business cases and defining the full marketing mix (pricing, distribution, positioning, and promotion).
- Partner with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality work while ensuring efficiency and return on investment.
- Monitor consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities and inform brand strategies, new launches, and pricing decisions.
- Own and manage the brand's marketing investment, including budgeting, forecasting, purchase order management, invoice tracking, and spend prioritization to maximize impact.
- Review brand, category, and competitor performance to continuously strengthen brand equity and in-market results.
- Analyze brand P&L and actively contribute to improving brand profitability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Development, Global and Regional Marketing, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to support day-to-day brand operations.
- Lead branding initiatives for a flagship retail location to support long-term brand-building objectives.
- Work in partnership with store operations teams on product development, retail promotions, and PR activity.
- Execute marketing and promotional plans across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand, product, or marketing roles, ideally within consumer goods.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute integrated brand and marketing plans.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Hands-on experience managing creative and media agencies, with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep consumer focus, with curiosity about evolving needs, behaviors, and trends.
- Proven capability in project management and budget ownership.
- Strong end-to-end marketing knowledge, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
