Job Description & Requirements:
At Biga Bakery we focus on tradition. We are specialized in pizza, focaccia and flat breads. We are a B2B Company focused on high quality products for the mass.
We are looking for a junior baker (no experience required) that can quickly join our team in the daily production, planning, and execution.
Job Description:
. Take charge of daily preparation and production of Pizza, Focaccia, Bread, etc by following standards SOPs.
. Packing and stock's management of final products.
. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
. Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines.
Qualifications:
. No previous bakery experience required.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced and process driven environment.
. Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
. Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
. Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Work Arrangement:
. Working hours: 8am - 4pm, with 1 hour break.
. Working days: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri).
. Not required to work on Public holidays.
