Build Machines. Learn Robotics. Manage Projects. Grow Your Career.
Are you a young engineer who wants more than a routine engineering job
Do you want to work with robots, PLCs, automation systems, machine vision and smart manufacturing technologies, while developing the project-management skills to lead your own projects in the future
We are looking for ambitious, hands-on and motivated young engineers to join our Automation & Project Engineering team.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
You do not need to know everything when you join us. We value your engineering foundation, learning ability, problem-solving mindset, positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
You will gain practical experience through real industrial automation projects-from customer requirements and engineering development through machine building, programming, testing, installation and final project acceptance.
What You Will Do
1. Robotics & Automation Engineering
- Participate in the development and implementation of robotic and industrial automation systems.
- Support PLC, HMI, robot and machine-control programming.
- Work with industrial robots, servo systems, sensors, machine vision, pneumatic systems and other automation technologies.
- Participate in machine setup, integration, testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
- Assist in identifying technical problems, root causes and corrective actions.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), installation, commissioning and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
2. Project & Schedule Management
This is not purely a technical role. You will also learn how to plan, coordinate and deliver automation projects.
- Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineer in preparing and monitoring project schedules.
- Coordinate project activities from design and procurement through fabrication, assembly, programming, testing and installation.
- Track key project milestones, deliverables and outstanding action items.
- Follow up with internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
- Identify potential delays and project risks and escalate them early.
- Participate in project progress meetings and technical reviews.
- Support project documentation, reporting and action-item tracking.
3. Customer Liaison
- Liaise with customers regarding technical requirements, project schedules and project activities.
- Participate in customer meetings, design reviews and progress discussions.
- Follow up on technical information, samples, drawings, approvals and action items.
- Coordinate FAT, delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance schedules.
- Support timely communication of project progress and technical issues.
- Develop the customer-management and communication skills required to become a future Project Engineer/Project Manager.
4. Supplier & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on technical requirements, delivery schedules and project priorities.
- Follow up on purchased components, fabricated parts and outsourced activities.
- Monitor supplier delivery commitments against project schedules.
- Coordinate technical clarification between suppliers and the internal engineering team.
- Identify supplier delays or technical issues that may affect project delivery.
- Support supplier performance and delivery follow-up.
5. Project Process Management
You will gain exposure to the complete automation project lifecycle:
Customer Requirement → Concept → Design → Procurement → Fabrication → Assembly → Programming → Integration → FAT → Delivery → Installation → SAT → Handover
You will learn how to manage and coordinate each stage to achieve the required Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates and junior engineers are welcome.
- Strong interest in robotics, industrial automation and machine development.
