TheAdministrative Assistant provides essential operational and administrativesupport to ensure the smooth running of daily training activities. This roleinvolves coordination, documentation, facility readiness, and classroom setup.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
. Coordinate and managelearner registrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
. Review, process, andmaintain incoming documentation and records.
. Prepare and set uptraining rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, and required equipmentbefore sessions.
. Reset and maintainclassroom setup after each session.
. Ensure trainingfacilities are clean, organised, and ready for use at all times.
. Monitor and replenishtools, equipment, and consumable supplies as needed.
. Provide generaladministrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily activities.
Requirements
. MinimumGCE O Level / N Level or equivalent
. Atleast 1 year of administrative or operations experience preferred
. Proficientin Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Strongorganizational skills with attention to detail
. Hands-on,proactive, and willing to assist with physical setup tasks
. Ability to work independently and managetasks efficiently
