Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages to effectively communicate with a diverse members.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, if no experience. training will be provided as long have a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
