Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliation, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
• Manage crypto asset accounting processes, including digital asset transactions, wallet reconciliation, blockchain transaction tracking, and financial record maintenance.
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to support audit processes, financial reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in managing company treasury operations, including fiat and crypto asset movements, liquidity monitoring, and transaction reconciliation.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including trading operations, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead process improvements, optimize accounting workflows, and provide guidance to junior team members while ensuring efficient finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years from a Big Four accounting firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) preferred.
• Experience in accounting management, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, or fintech industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment.
