Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable)
- Record and monitor cross-border transactions between Singapore, China, and Hong Kong
- Assist with intercompany accounting and recharges
2. Financial Reporting Support
- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support consolidation for group reporting
- Prepare schedules, working papers, and variance explanations
3. Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Prepare supporting schedules for tax compliance filings
- Assist with local compliance requirements in Singapore, China, and Hong Kong
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
4. Operational Coordination
- Liaise with internal operational teams (e.g. treasury, legal, operations)
- Assist in system and process improvements
5. Ad Hoc Tasks
- Provide accounting and administrative support for special projects
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to internal and external queries
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferred)
- Prior exposure to multi-country accounting environments is an advantage
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP / Oracle / QuickBooks / Xero (advantage)

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable dealing with cross-jurisdiction stakeholders
