Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions and financial reporting for PaxOcean McPEC Modular Solutions Pte Ltd and McPec Marine & Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd, supporting subsidiary operations and driving accurate financial planning and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts for PaxOcean McPEC Modular Solutions Pte Ltd, Marine & Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd, and provide backup support for McPec Marine & Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports that comply with Group and external regulatory requirements, delivering timely and precise financial information to stakeholders.
• Support cash flow management by monitoring intercompany transactions and facilitating timely settlements to maintain liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Develop company forecasts and financial budgets to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Assist in preparing corporate tax filings and quarterly GST returns to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead the implementation of SAP financial systems to enhance accounting processes and data accuracy across the company.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline
