Responsible for the Fixed Asset (FA) function, including FA master data maintenance such as capitalisation, disposal, transfers, and write-offs, as well as monthly FA closing, reconciliation, and preparation of related audit schedules.
Review Construction-in-Progress (CIP) accounts and manage CapEx requisition projects to ensure proper tracking and timely capitalisation.
Ensure compliance with fixed asset accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
Coordinate and conduct the annual fixed asset physical count and address related audit queries.
Support grant claim submission and audit.
Spare Parts Management
Liaise with Operations team to ensure spare parts inventory movements are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts.
Others
Provide backup supportfor ad-hoc payment processing.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, including project management for initiatives related to the above job responsibilities.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Fixed Asset
Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry or MNC is preferred
Prior experience in SAP or similar ERP is preferred
Organized, meticulous, analytical and possess a positive work attitude
Hands-on individual and able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
