You are responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting, finance, and administrative functions of the company (SME). You ensure accurate and timely financial information for the wholesale distribution of medical devices, skincare, and wellness products. You plays a key role in maintaining compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, supporting HSA-related cost control requirements, and assisting management with financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the accounting system and manage the full set of accounts
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory records, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with GST submission and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with external accounting and tax agents, as well as banks
- Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Support budgeting activities, cost control measures, and variance analysis
- Assist in logistics coordination and related documentation
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Support the development and maintenance of SOPs for finance, accounting, and inventory management
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely billing and accurate delivery documentation
- Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ACCA (partially or fully qualified) is an advantage
- Good understanding of accounting standards and GST regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and well-organised
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- 5-day work week (in office)
