Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in managing inventory records and related documentation.
- Support external audit and tax filing processes (including Corporate Tax and GST).
- Contribute to improving financial workflows and enhancing efficiency in reporting and account management.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel experience with Xero accounting software will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
