Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all site activities for landed housing construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Prepare project documentation including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
  • Support in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with design and specification.
  • Assist in resolving site issues and providing technical support when needed.

Ensure workplace safety procedures are properly implemented and maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess BCA acknowledgement as a Assistance Project Manager for landed housing projects.
  • Must be familiar with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
