Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all site activities for landed housing construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Prepare project documentation including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
- Support in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with design and specification.
- Assist in resolving site issues and providing technical support when needed.
Ensure workplace safety procedures are properly implemented and maintained.
Qualifications:
- Must possess BCA acknowledgement as a Assistance Project Manager for landed housing projects.
- Must be familiar with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
