Plan and assign equipmentoperators for aircraftpushback/towing, water/toilet servicingand supply of GSE equipment.
Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towingand other utilities servicing activities.
Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipmentrequirements/shortages.
Maintain regularwalkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensurepunctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
Attend to customers requests/complaints (wherenecessary).
Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Mgt with at least 2 years experience in the similar role in aviation industries.
Candidates who are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage.
